The right hardware for every requirement

Small

Small refers to our cost-effective safety hardware platform developed for integration into safety-related hardware such as safe sensors or actuators. Digital inputs and outputs, analogue inputs and encoder interfaces can be easily added. The fieldbus connectivity can be supplemented by an additional processor.

Scalable

Our scalable hardware module is designed for use as a high-end safety PLC or safe robotics controller. The two-channel architecture is realised by a multicore ARM processor in combination with an intelligent watchdog. Digital inputs and outputs, analogue inputs and various encoders can be easily added. Fieldbus protocols can also be easily integrated. A standard component with a Linux operating system is available as an option.

Software based

The hardware-independent solution is based on a certified, purely software-based safety system. It can be operated on many common operating systems, such as Linux. The safety-related logic is executed in two diversely generated runtime environments that are certified up to SIL 3. This dual processing ensures maximum reliability despite a small footprint.
