Quality Policy

The quality policy of logi.cals GmbH is defined by the management and aims to increase customer satisfaction and continuously improve in line with a process-oriented quality management system according to ÖNORM EN ISO 9001:2015.

It is therefore the declared corporate objective to develop customer-oriented products to strengthen the company's market position and increase its market share compared to competitors. The qualification, motivation and physical as well as mental health of our employees are the foundation on which logi.cals can deliver the desired performance. Therefore, ensuring and promoting these factors is a central aspect of the quality policy.

To implement this, the management has appointed a quality representative. His/her task is to ensure and maintain the implementation of the required processes, to document the performance and opportunities for improving the quality management system and to further promote the company's quality awareness in this regard.

The effectiveness, conformity with the quality policy and continuous adequacy of the quality management system are regularly assessed by the members of the management and used to guide the quality policy. The essential elements of product safety and reliability, as well as occupational and environmental protection are considered crucial by us.

Commitment to the Quality Policy

logi.cals GmbH is committed to a continuous improvement process, compliance with quality processes and legal regulations, as well as the fulfillment of customer requirements. The management strongly encourages and demands, that employees implement the quality policy and quality objectives, as well as continuously improve processes and customer satisfaction according to the QM system as described in this QM Manual.

The management is committed to developing and providing all measures and resources required to implement its quality policy.
