The quality policy of Neuron is defined by the management and aims to increase customer satisfaction and to continuously improve in line with a process-oriented quality management system according to ÖNORM EN ISO 9001:2015.
It is therefore also the declared corporate objective to develop customer-oriented products in order to strengthen the company’s market position and increase its own market share compared to competitors.
The qualification, motivation, and physical as well as mental health of our employees are the essential foundation on which Neuron can deliver the intended performance. Therefore, ensuring and promoting these factors is a central aspect of the quality policy.
Furthermore, Neuron expressly commits itself to the equality of all people, regardless of gender, age, origin, religion, sexual orientation, or disability. Discrimination, child labour, and any form of forced labour or modern slavery are strictly rejected.
Neuron is committed to respecting fundamental human rights and to creating an inclusive, respectful, and safe working environment for all employees. These principles are an integral part of our corporate culture and our quality policy.
For the implementation and further development of the quality management system, the management has appointed a Quality Manager. This person ensures the implementation and maintenance of the required processes, evaluates their effectiveness, and actively promotes continuous improvement and quality awareness within the company.
The effectiveness, conformity with the quality policy, and continuous suitability of the quality management system are regularly assessed by the members of management and used to guide the quality policy.
The essential elements of product safety and reliability, as well as occupational and environmental protection, are considered decisive by us.
The quality policy is regularly reviewed in cooperation with the HR department and expanded where necessary, particularly with regard to social responsibility, equality, and human rights.
